Stop Monitoring allows users to stop screening alerts and updates on representatives and profile entities, as well as halt data provider filing change alerts. This ensures records can be retained as part of off-boarding tasks without incurring ongoing monitoring costs or generating unwanted alerts.

• Multiple ways to stop monitoring - Pathways to automatically stop monitoring, over API and manually
• Two step process - avoids accidental updates to monitoring status

• Reduce unwanted alerts
• Restricts costs to only relevant cases / profiles
• Stop monitoring of all elements on a case / profile or stop them independently

The server SSL certificates used for vixverify.com and clientcert.vixverify.com hostnames are approaching expiry and will be updated in October 2026. The certificates are used for all web access (i.e. web service calls).
Production environment certificates will be updated on 21st October 2026 at 7pm AEDT.
