Dear Customer,

The server SSL certificates used for vixverify.com and clientcert.vixverify.com hostnames are approaching expiry and will be updated in October 2026. The certificates are used for all web access (i.e. web service calls).

Test environment certificates will be updated on 14th October 2026 at 7pm AEDT.

There is no expected impact to your web service calls.
