Please be advised following the deployment of a controlled change, an unexpected impact has surfaced causing a service outage for specific integrations and therefore we are in the process of rolling back the change. IDscan Identify will be reverting back to the last working state.

The incident duration was between 08/10/2026 05:50 - 08/10/2026 12:30 BST
