Profile Approval Restricted by Checklist Progress A governance setting that allows restricting manual profile approval if any assigned checklist items remain pending.
Key Features: • Setting Control Switch - A dedicated toggle in Settings to turn checklist-based approval restrictions on or off. • Approval Validation Check - Automatically inspects all checklist items across all assigned checklists when an analyst selects Approve. • System Action Bypass - Bypasses restrictions for status changes initiated by automated system triggers or API requests. Key Benefits: • Enhanced Workflow Control - Prevents analysts from bypassing required checklist steps during manual profile reviews. • Standardised Risk Management - Reduces human error by ensuring all pre-approval checklist criteria are fully satisfied. Improvements: • Adding Information to a Profile in Case Management o Forms - any form requested in configuration on a Profile can be completed (partially or fully) in Case Management. Any completed in Case Management will be available in the Onboarding Portal for a User to view and amend. o Documents - any document requested in configuration on a Profile can be uploaded in Case Management. Any uploaded in Case Management will be available in the Onboarding Portal for a User to view and amend. • Editing a Person’s Information in Case Management - an option to edit information on a person is now available. • Person imported without Screening - an option to import a person found from a data source without screening on import. The option to Import and Screen at the same time is still available.
